Ten items. Seven are published below and readable without asking anyone. One we send rather than publish. Two do not exist yet, and rather than leave you to discover that, each one says so and says why.
Security overview
Hosting location, encryption, access control, monitoring cadence, incident response and the complete subprocessor list. Written to answer the security section of an RFP without a follow-up call.
Read it now →Data ownership, export and exit
Who owns what, exactly what an export contains, how long it takes, and what happens to your site and data if you leave. Includes the five-business-day export commitment.
Read it now →Accessibility statement and testing method
The standard we build to, the three-step test we run every release, what we have built into the design system, and the gaps we know about.
Read it now →Sample pricing sheet
The one-time build broken into its line items and the annual upkeep ladder, with worked examples. Every figure is read from the live billing catalogue, so this page cannot drift from what we would actually invoice.
Read it now →Sample services agreement
The terms we build and host under, in plain language: scope, responsibilities on both sides, term, termination, intellectual property, liability and what happens to the site at the end.
Read it now →Uptime and service level summary
What we monitor, how often, what we commit to, and how to read the public 90-day history for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Read it now →Business registration details
Legal entity, registered address, who signs, and a straight list of the registrations we hold and the ones we do not.
Read it now →Form W-9
Current, signed, and sent on request. It carries a taxpayer identification number and a signature, so it is not something to publish on a web page — ask and you will have it the same day.
Certificate of insurance
General liability, cyber liability and professional/errors-and-omissions cover is being placed now. Until the policies are bound there is no certificate to send, and a certificate is the only acceptable evidence — a vendor claiming cover without one is telling you nothing. Ask us where this stands before you score it.
Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR / VPAT)
Requires an independent audit, which is in progress. We will not issue a self-asserted VPAT — that is the document equivalent of marking your own homework. The testing we do run is published in full on the accessibility statement above.
Request the full packet
If you would rather have it as one set of attachments than as seven links, ask and we will send it — the published documents as PDFs, the W-9 signed, and a written note on the current status of anything still outstanding. Tell us which solicitation it is for and we will match the format your policy wants.
Two things worth knowing before you score us
We have no insurance certificate and no ACR today. If either is a pass/fail requirement in your solicitation, we cannot meet it yet. We would rather tell you that on this page than have your evaluation committee find it in week three.
We have no public-sector references yet. This is a new line of business. The closest thing we have is a public institution whose teaching tool we built, and they have agreed to be approached for a reference — that, and everything else we have actually delivered, is on our case studies page.
